Firstly rain is a strange occurence in chobots, and can only happen when a moderator decides to create rain.

Rain is when free items fall from the sky (you have to open the mail chobots will send you to claim your item) cool eh.

You have 2 options when you open a rain item letter, you can either put it on or send to wardrobe, although there is 1 thing about rain, and it’s that about 50 – 70% of chobots beg for it! Which, as you will see is against the rules, is spamming. If you had a choice would have a free item and be banned or have no free item? Simple answer really.This begging is exactly why moderators say parties aren’t all about rain!  They won’t be pleased by spamming.
